I firmly believe that the best way to manage one’s life is to set goals. This is why I define with all my clients a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together, during our first consultation.
I use these to develop a customized training program for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

Corrective Exercise

Have you always had that nagging injury that won't allow you to finish a workout pain free? Are you lacking motivation because you have had an injury or issue that was never addressed or rehabilitated properly? If you want to get back to how you felt before your injury, then this is the program for you. We will train and correct any postural deviations that you may have through therapeutic exercise.


Weight Loss

There are many ways to shed some excess pounds but usually, just a little bit of jogging won’t do the trick. Your customized program will focus not only on achieving your desired weight loss, but also in maintaining it long-term.

Muscular Strength & Endurance

Together, we can improve your physical shape by toning and defining your muscles through strength and conditioning training. We will train your body and use small steps to get you in the best shape of your life. This program is ideal for extreme sport athletes and runners training for  marathons or any athletic,fitneess, or bodybuilding competition.

Muscle Memory Training

We will train at one of Houston's premier fitness gyms, which is also home to collegiate  and professional athletes as well as the average joe. We offer reasonable rates and  I will train your muscles to match movements that you are familiar with. I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to prevent injury. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you. We want to train your muscles, not destroy them!
